AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

The full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical lead for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise AI solutions, focusing on production-ready workflows, intelligent agents, and decision-support applications while collaborating in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI applications using Palantir AIP
• Build production-grade AI workflows and autonomous agents
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI assistants for operational decision support

Required qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of software engineering or data engineering experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field
• Experience with connecting AI to operational workflows and enterprise data
• Familiarity with Agile project environments and federal government IT programs
