Job Summary

As the founding AI Solutions Engineer for Customer Experience, this full-time, hybrid position will design, build, and deploy AI solutions to enhance workflows across Support, Professional Services, and Education, while partnering with operational leaders to drive AI adoption and improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions using LLM APIs, including prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks
  • Define CX-specific patterns and workflow templates, contributing to the company's AI governance framework
  • Measure success metrics for AI capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback and data analysis
Required qualifications:
  • Experience building applications against LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI, including prompt design and evaluation frameworks
  • Technical fluency with APIs, automation platforms, and data management tools like SQL and JSON
  • Proficiency in writing Python or equivalent programming languages and deploying services to production
  • Hands-on experience with customer operations platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver AI-enabled operational improvements that have been successfully implemented
