AI Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the fully remote AI Solutions Engineer will assess existing workflows, identify AI opportunities, and design and implement a comprehensive AI strategy to enhance productivity and service delivery in a high-volume legal business.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate workflows and identify automation opportunities across legal and business operations
- Develop an AI roadmap with recommended tools and implementation priorities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions for core business processes such as client intake and document review
Required qualifications
- Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions in legal or professional services environments
- Expertise in AI agents, LLM integrations, and platforms such as LangChain, n8n, or Zapier
- Experience building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- Strong process-improvement and change-management skills
- Litigation and legal technology experience preferred; knowledge of California employment law is a plus
