AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To accelerate the adoption of Generative AI and Large Language Models, the full-time AI Solutions Engineer will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams by identifying productivity opportunities, implementing AI solutions, and driving adoption through training and enablement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to discover and prioritize AI use cases that enhance productivity and automation
• Drive the adoption of enterprise AI platforms by designing and delivering training programs and best practices
• Configure and support AI-powered workflows while ensuring compliance with technical and governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or AI enablement
• Demonstrated knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and prompt engineering
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
