AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer, the successful candidate will design, build, and improve AI agents and workflows, working closely with AI Enablement Strategists to deliver impactful solutions that address business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI agents and automations based on prioritized business needs, collaborating with end users throughout the process
• Provide technical expertise for the Glean enterprise AI platform, troubleshooting issues and supporting user adoption
• Gather feedback post-deployment to ensure solutions meet user needs and contribute to the shared AI solution catalog

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI tools, including agents, automations, and API integrations
• Proven ability to work directly with end users to deploy and iterate on AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI tools and current technologies in the field
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues within an AI platform
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
