AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Leading client AI initiatives from discovery through production deployment, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will partner with clients to identify high-impact Generative AI use cases, evaluate data readiness, and build proof-of-concept applications that demonstrate business value.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client discovery workshops to identify and prioritize Generative AI use cases and evaluate data readiness
• Design and implement production-ready Generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and other foundation models
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide guidance on AI/ML best practices to clients

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML or data engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience with production deployments
• 1+ years of direct Generative AI experience, including LLMs and RAG
• AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate or Machine Learning Specialty (preferred)
• Background in regulated industries like healthcare or financial services (preferred)
