AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To operationalize AI across the organization, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will partner with various business functions to identify high-value workflows, build internal AI agents and automation tools, and ensure reliable operation and compliance of these solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to identify and redesign workflows for AI integration, focusing on efficiency and accuracy
• Design and implement end-to-end internal AI agents and automation tools, ensuring integration with existing business systems
• Maintain operational reliability and compliance by establishing monitoring, documentation, and governance processes for AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and maintaining end-to-end software solutions, with strong engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript, C#, or Node.js
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and structured data formats
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and translate complex problems into actionable specifications
• Familiarity with business functions like Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, and an interest in AI solutions for these areas
