Job Summary
Driving AI adoption across teams, the full-time AI Solutions Engineer will build and maintain a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows, implement tools, train teams, and track performance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a monthly roadmap of AI workflows for various departments, focusing on productivity and cost impact
- Support system implementations and integrate AI tools into core business systems to enhance workflow efficiency
- Train teams on new workflows and tools, ensuring adoption and tracking usage and ROI metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2-4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation, workflow automation, or a related technical role
- Proficiency in writing and modifying code for internal business applications, with a preference for Javascript/Typescript
- Experience building integrations or automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or APIs
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and their application in business workflows
