Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Lead to lead a small AI cell that accelerates AI adoption across multiple project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with team leads to understand needs and remove blockers for AI enablement
• Define practical AI objectives and establish KPIs for measurement and refinement
• Create reusable AI solution patterns and facilitate a community of practice for sharing learnings

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in solution delivery roles, including AI/LLMs in production settings
• Hands-on capability in prototyping and operating AI solutions
• Strong understanding of applied LLM patterns and governance
• Experience influencing across teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
