Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement across CRM & digital channels, designing AI-powered workflows within Salesforce
• Own AI and agent platform operations post-implementation, managing configuration and scaling of AI agents and workflows
• Translate AI capability into measurable business outcomes, ensuring solutions are production-ready and driving adoption

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with strong Salesforce experience
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize AI in real workflows
• Practical understanding of LLMs and AI limitations
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder
