Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement across CRM and digital channels, designing and implementing AI-powered workflows
• Own and operate AI and agent platforms post-implementation, managing configuration, tuning, and scaling
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes by identifying and prioritizing AI use cases

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in applied AI or Salesforce delivery
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize AI in real workflows
• Practical understanding of LLMs and AI limitations
• Strong Salesforce experience and comfort partnering with technical teams
