AI Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To drive AI application across the business, the full-time AI Solutions Lead will identify high-impact use cases, build and prototype AI solutions, and partner with teams to ensure effective adoption and integration of AI tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI use cases end-to-end by partnering with various business functions to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Build and prototype AI agents and workflows that automate decisions and surface insights across business processes
• Drive adoption of AI solutions through training, documentation, and integration into existing workflows

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a technical, product, or analytics role with hands-on experience building AI or LLM-based solutions
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs and data pipelines
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize high-impact work
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
