AI Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To define and implement AI strategies, the full-time remote AI Solutions Lead will collaborate with executives and teams to drive AI adoption, build tools, and enhance business processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision for an AI-native organization and drive the roadmap to achieve it
• Evaluate and implement impactful AI-powered features into products and operations
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to integrate AI tools and codify best practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role with a focus on AI and/or Machine Learning
• Proven track record of driving AI adoption within teams or organizations
• Production experience with LLM-based systems and agentic frameworks
• Experience with programming and enterprise-level deployment in cloud computing environments
• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows and understanding their capabilities
