Job Summary
Transforming marketing processes, the full-time remote AI Solutions Lead will identify inefficiencies within the Marketing organization and rebuild them using AI, ensuring measurable improvements and driving adoption of innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and redesign high-impact workflows and systems across Marketing to be AI-native, improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage the change process to ensure successful adoption of new AI solutions, generating internal demand and demonstrating their value
- Facilitate collaboration among AI goal owners, addressing blockers and fostering momentum towards shared objectives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated success in building AI-powered workflows and processes with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4, or Gemini
- Experience in creating systems where AI components interact independently
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
