Job Summary

Partnering with innovative AI/ML teams, the full-time AI Solutions Manager will drive customer adoption, shape product use cases, and ensure success in leveraging AI solutions while working remotely from the New York City metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption and uncover new use cases
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and propose tailored solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth implementation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
• Proven ability to demo technical products and translate their value into customer solutions
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies is a bonus
