Job Summary
Partnering with innovative AI/ML teams, the full-time AI Solutions Manager will drive customer adoption, manage renewal cycles, and ensure SMB and Mid-Market clients leverage AI for impactful business outcomes while working remotely from the San Francisco Bay area.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML practitioners and executives to foster adoption and uncover new use cases
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and address complex customer needs
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue within SMB and Mid-Market accounts
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships effectively
- Strong ability to demo technical products and translate their value into tailored customer solutions
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies
