AI Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of AI capabilities in the Sales division, the full-time remote AI Solutions Manager will manage the production lifecycle, lead hands-on build execution, and design signal-triggered workflows while collaborating closely with the Senior Director and interfacing with Marketing Operations and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Own iteration, bug fixing, and version upgrades across all deployed AI capabilities in Sales
• Deliver technical builds and maintain data quality for AI tools across various platforms
• Design workflows based on ICP-relevant signals and manage feedback from the Sales division

Required qualifications

• Technical generalist with experience in Salesforce, Agentforce, or LLM application development
• Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript) and SQL
• Ability to analyze data and build dashboards to track AI tool adoption and outcomes
• Strong product instincts and understanding of seller workflows for effective feedback evaluation
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to operate asynchronously
