Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time AI Solutions Manager will drive customer adoption and success by managing relationships with AI/ML teams, conducting discovery sessions, and collaborating with technical teams to implement tailored solutions, all while working remotely from the San Francisco Bay area.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption and uncover new use cases
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth implementation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple customer relationships
- Proven ability to demo technical products and translate their value into tailored solutions
- Strong communication skills for fostering collaboration across teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies
