Job Summary

Translating complex business needs into practical AI-powered solutions, the full-time remote AI Solutions Principal will serve as a trusted expert, guiding functional leaders to identify opportunities and deliver AI-enabled workflows and tools that drive measurable business value.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business value, usability, and enterprise standards
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to validate requirements and support the adoption of AI solutions while incorporating change management practices
• Develop reusable patterns, playbooks, and documentation to facilitate successful implementation across teams and reduce duplication of effort

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in applied artificial intelligence concepts and tools, including AI agents and workflow automation
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into clear requirements and actionable solutions
• Experience in product management, project management, or business analytics is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Understanding of change management principles and their impact on technology adoption
