Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Manager, AI Solutions Product Owner will oversee the AI solution experience for contact center teams, managing use case intake, solution design, and the AI solution roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Own AI use-case intake and scoring to ensure initiatives improve agent and customer experiences
- Serve as the first-line reviewer for new AI solution requests, validating technical and design feasibility
- Lead a team in delivering readiness and go-live execution across various sites
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 6+ years in product management, solution architecture, or AI/automation program ownership
- Experience partnering with learning and development to create agent-facing enablement content
- Working knowledge of conversational or agentic AI design patterns and enterprise CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage structured intake and prioritization processes across stakeholders
