Job Summary
Leading the strategy and delivery of AI-powered healthcare and enterprise solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Product Owner will manage the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and backlog management for AI and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive solution adoption through testing, deployment, user training, and continuous product improvement
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience leading AI-powered products and enterprise SaaS solutions
- Strong experience in product strategy, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery
- Experience within healthcare environments, including EHR/EMR platforms and clinical workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
