Job Summary

Acting as a technical consulting bridge between customers and products, the full-time remote AI Solutions Specialist will drive cross-sell opportunities for AI solutions, educate clients on best practices, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver intelligent automation solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate customers on deploying and scaling AI systems while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support sales partners in engaging customers with AI offerings
  • Design and deliver custom demos and proofs-of-concept, translating customer requirements into technical solutions
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical role
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and driving cross-sell revenue
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex solutions in business terms
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
