AI Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Specialist to support the implementation of AI solutions that enhance the prospective student experience and improve enrollment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and execute AI initiatives to enhance prospective student engagement and enrollment outcomes
• Develop and maintain AI content frameworks and improve automated engagement tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are effective and compliant

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, CRM/MarTech, analytics, automation, or enrollment operations
• Familiarity with AI platforms and workflows, including prompt development
• Working knowledge of CRM and engagement platforms such as Salesforce CRM
• Experience with UAT testing, QA validation, and workflow troubleshooting for digital tools
