AI Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting internal teams in expanding AI capabilities, the part-time contractor AI Specialist will build and maintain AI workflows and tools, document processes, and train team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining internal AI workflows, tools, and client-specific projects
• Documenting new workflows and providing training to team members
• Identifying and implementing improvements in AI usage across the agency

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with large language models and AI tools
• Comfort with prompt engineering, API usage, and workflow automation
• Experience in a team environment, preferably in digital marketing or web development
• Familiarity with platforms like Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
• Understanding of AI as a tool to assist people, emphasizing a human-in-the-loop approach
