AI Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the operational backbone of AI Enablement, the full-time remote AI Strategy Analyst will manage AI experimentation, pilot programs, and organizational adoption initiatives while ensuring alignment on strategic goals across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Run intake, hypothesis design, and outcome documentation for AI experiments across various functions, leading go/no-go reviews
• Manage end-to-end AI pilots, including vendor coordination and validation evidence for graduation decisions
• Partner in driving organization-wide training and enablement for AI tools, producing monthly AI scorecards to track utilization and savings

Required qualifications

• Fluency with Claude and other enterprise AI tools, with experience in designing hypothesis-driven experiments
• 2-5 years of experience in program management, strategy operations, or related fields with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Strong ability to produce high-quality written artifacts for executive-level stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field preferred
