Job Summary

To drive AI-powered transformation, the full-time remote AI Strategy Architect will define and operationalize agentic AI use cases, translate emerging technologies into business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operationalize AI use cases to enhance business processes and customer experiences
• Translate emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes and ROI
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to connect business strategy to execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation
• Proven experience with AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems, including Salesforce Agentforce and OpenAI
• Expertise in Salesforce platform strategy and ecosystem integration
• Experience leading executive-level conversations and strategic decision forums
• Strong understanding of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance in regulated environments
