Job Summary

AI Strategy Architect - WA Licensed is a full-time remote position responsible for developing AI roadmaps, engaging stakeholders, and serving as a public authority on AI adoption in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical AI roadmaps and governance structures for clients
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and lead workshops to build understanding and momentum for AI adoption
• Publish thought leadership content and represent the practice at industry events

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years in technology architecture or solutions consulting, with at least 3 years focused on AI or GenAI
• Experience in developing AI roadmaps and translating strategic intent into executable plans
• Hands-on proficiency with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
• Working knowledge of agentic AI design patterns and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
