Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Strategy & Business Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning AI capabilities with critical business priorities
• Lead the commercial strategy for high-stakes pursuits by crafting insight-led narratives
• Establish a value realization framework to track strategic business outcomes in collaboration with Customer Success and Professional Services

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales strategy or consultative sales within enterprise software, cloud, or AI-focused organizations
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in developing business cases rooted in financial metrics such as NPV and IRR
• Ability to lead and collaborate across diverse internal teams to drive complex deal orchestration
• Results-driven mindset with capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
