AI Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Strategy Consultant will lead client transformations through AI adoption, serving as a strategic quarterback for engagements while building trusted advisor relationships with leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client transformations from initial alignment to organization-wide rollout and sustained adoption
• Serve as the strategic quarterback for complex, multi-month client engagements, combining consulting, coaching, and project management
• Guide change management efforts to address the human side of AI adoption, fostering psychological safety and sustainable behavioral change

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of organizational change management related to AI transformation
• Proven ability to build relationships and credibility with senior executives and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen connecting AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and their practical applications across business functions
• Natural coaching ability and passion for developing others in a fast-moving startup environment
