Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Strategy & Advisory Consulting team, hiring and retaining top talent
• Engage with clients to define AI opportunities, prioritize use cases, and develop executable AI frameworks
• Oversee the creation of AI business cases and ROI models, ensuring alignment with measurable business value

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology consulting, AI strategy, or enterprise advisory roles
• 7+ years of experience leading consulting or advisory teams
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build AI business cases and ROI models
• Proven experience facilitating executive workshops and driving stakeholder alignment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
