Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI strategies that align with business goals and scale AI solutions in large enterprise environments
• Oversee project client success and coach delivery teams while managing team capacity and capability
• Drive technical excellence and ensure rapid resolution of technical escalations, integrating lessons learned into practices

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant technology business leadership experience within a consultancy
• Expertise in modern data science and machine learning solutions, preferably using Microsoft's Azure suite tools
• Deep knowledge of industry best practices in data science delivery, including designing and deploying machine learning solutions
• Experience managing data practitioners and defining team processes and responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
