AI Strategy Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Forward Deployed AI Strategy Lead, the successful candidate will work closely with strategic customers to identify valuable AI workflows, scope technical deployments, and transform early experiments into long-term revenue, all while operating in a flexible hybrid-remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-priority customer workstreams from technical discovery through deployment and expansion
• Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear scopes for Applied Research and Engineering teams
• Collaborate with Applied Research to prioritize work that advances both customer outcomes and frontier AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Experience in forward deployed engineering or technical go-to-market roles
• Background in AI product strategy or applied AI
• Proven solutions architecture experience for highly technical products
• Strong intuition for AI products and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple complex customer workstreams effectively
