AI Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, AI Strategy & Solutions to drive AI and automation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a "scouter" for the executive team, executing high-level goals from start to finish with minimal guidance
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate
• Train staff on built tools and iterate based on their feedback to ensure effective adoption and change management

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, product, analytics, or healthcare operations
• Proven experience building in low-code/no-code environments (e.g., Copilot, Zapier, Keragon)
• High technical curiosity and ability to experiment with new LLM models and automation tools independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical leaders and translate their needs into logical workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as an independent contributor responsible for strategy and execution
