Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise AI strategy and multi-year roadmap
Build and manage a high-performing AI Integration team to deliver AI solutions
Translate complex AI concepts into clear narratives for various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in IT, data engineering, or AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a management role
Proven experience in defining and executing an AI strategy in a complex environment
Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms and modern integration patterns
Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements
