AI Strategy Practice Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Strategy Lead - AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and execution for the ServiceNow AI practice
• Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry insights
• Establish trusted relationships with clients as a strategic advisor on AI adoption and workflow transformation

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow platform experience required, including exposure to AI capabilities
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, AI, or automation solutions
• 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or program leadership
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or AI-related credentials) strongly preferred
