Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spring AI Studio Coach (Agentic AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentorship and project management support to undergraduate teams developing AI agents
• Conduct structured check-ins to monitor team progress and address technical blockers
• Assess team deliverables and provide constructive feedback throughout the program

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting the success of undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong background in AI/ML with hands-on experience in agent development
• Proficient understanding of agentic AI frameworks and related technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot code and debug complex systems
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring
