Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spring AI Studio Coach (Standard WiDS Track).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support undergraduate fellows during the WiDS Datathon and Maker Days
• Facilitate community engagement and provide technical and professional guidance
• Monitor fellow participation and conduct outreach for those facing engagement challenges

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting or mentoring undergraduate students in academic or technical programs
• Strong proficiency in machine learning concepts and Python-based data science workflows
• Ability to cultivate inclusive and equitable learning environments
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple teams in a remote setting
• Experience with virtual learning tools such as Slack and Zoom
