AI Success Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled AI Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own post-sale technical success, adoption, and value realization across a large portfolio of customers
• Act as a trusted advisor on deployment health, adoption strategy, and value realization for various AI capabilities
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer outcomes are achieved and guide value realization through KPI definition and ongoing reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as technical account management or solutions architecture
• Strong working knowledge of AI product capabilities and common deployment patterns
• Technically fluent enough to engage with customer technical teams and interpret usage data
• Excellent project and program management instincts
• Experience building repeatable processes that scale impact across many customers
