AI Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Success Specialist Manager to drive client value and adoption for AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions
• Act as a strategic partner to department leaders and clients, mapping AI capabilities to business goals and driving expansion
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training for successful deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the industry with a focus on ML solutions development and production deployment
• At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with GenAI services and experience developing and fine-tuning prompts on these platforms
