AI Supply Chain Leader

Job Summary

Driving the transformation of Wind into an AI-first organization, the full-time remote AI Supply Chain Leader will architect and execute a comprehensive data fabric and AI roadmap, build advanced AI capabilities, and implement ML-driven optimization across supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of AI and GenAI models, establishing a "solution factory" for rapid prototyping to deliver measurable business impact
• Transform supply chain processes through data excellence by implementing analytics tools and ensuring data quality across all datasets
• Develop and manage a team of senior professionals while driving enterprise-level transformation and innovation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Data, Analytics, Digital Technology, Software, or AI, with a focus on enterprise-wide strategy
• Strong software engineering leadership background, including experience building enterprise applications and reusable data or AI products
• Proven ability to lead and develop global teams and influence executive stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Experience applying data, analytics, or AI solutions within manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics and supply chain dynamics to translate AI investments into business outcomes
