Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Customer Experience Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support operations or technical customer support environments
- Ability to monitor operational dashboards and understand workflow automation systems
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira/Atlassian, and customer support platforms
- Fluency in English (C1); additional languages are advantageous
