Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Customer Experience Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support operations or technical customer support environments
  • Ability to monitor operational dashboards and understand workflow automation systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira/Atlassian, and customer support platforms
  • Fluency in English (C1); additional languages are advantageous
