Job Summary

Overseeing the performance and reliability of an automated first-line customer support platform, the full-time AI Support Operations Supervisor will monitor AI support operations, manage incident handling, and ensure continuous improvement of automated processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor daily performance of the automated AI support system and ensure SLA adherence
  • Manage operational incidents and escalate technical problems to relevant teams as needed
  • Identify improvement opportunities in automation workflows and provide feedback to optimize processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Customer Experience Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support operations or technical support environments
  • Familiarity with digital customer support platforms and workflow automation systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify operational issues quickly
  • Fluency in English (C1); additional languages such as German, Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese are advantageous
