Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Support Specialist to manage and optimize customer-facing AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of production AI systems
- Diagnose and resolve escalated AI incidents and platform issues
- Manage a portfolio of partner AI assistants, driving continuous improvement and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience supporting production SaaS platforms or technical systems
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate in ambiguous situations
- Zendesk Admin certification or equivalent experience is desirable
