Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Support Specialist to manage and optimize customer-facing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of production AI systems
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated AI incidents and platform issues
  • Manage a portfolio of partner AI assistants, driving continuous improvement and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience supporting production SaaS platforms or technical systems
  • Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
  • High ownership mentality and ability to operate in ambiguous situations
  • Zendesk Admin certification or equivalent experience is desirable
