Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Platform Support Specialist to manage and optimize customer-facing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure the reliability of production AI systems and partner environments
  • Act as the primary response layer for AI-related incidents and escalations
  • Manage a portfolio of partner AI assistants, focusing on performance and continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience supporting production SaaS platforms or technical systems
  • Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Zendesk Admin certification or equivalent platform administration experience is desirable
