Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Support and Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the support queue end-to-end: triage, investigate, resolve, and follow up with customers
  • Create clear bug reports and track escalations to Engineering
  • Improve support workflows and infrastructure, including documentation and tooling recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience supporting creative software users, preferably in fashion or design
  • Experience managing support tickets and customer issues end-to-end
  • Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk or Intercom
  • Comfort troubleshooting technical issues related to software and accounts
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
