Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Support and Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the support queue end-to-end: triage, investigate, resolve, and follow up with customers
- Create clear bug reports and track escalations to Engineering
- Improve support workflows and infrastructure, including documentation and tooling recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience supporting creative software users, preferably in fashion or design
- Experience managing support tickets and customer issues end-to-end
- Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk or Intercom
- Comfort troubleshooting technical issues related to software and accounts
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
