AI Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Building innovative AI systems, the full-time salaried AI Systems Engineer will design and implement multi-step AI agents, RAG pipelines, and internal tools in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship agentic systems that manage real-world workflows and enhance user experience
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines and durable background workflows for efficient processing and orchestration
• Create internal dashboards and integration tools while measuring and improving model performance over time

Required qualifications

• Proficient in Python 3.12 and FastAPI for AI services, with experience in TypeScript and SQL
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph and APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI
• Familiarity with vector databases like pgvector and hybrid search implementations
• Experience in deploying applications on AWS and using Docker for development and production environments
• Ability to create dashboards using Next.js and React, and integrate with APIs like Discord.js and Slack API
