AI Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To tackle complex systems challenges, the full-time remote AI Systems Engineer will deconstruct real-world workflows and build automated solutions, focusing on delivering value through agentic systems and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deconstruct messy workflows into automated systems for sales, marketing, and product operations
• Build agentic systems, including automations and reporting tools, that drive real business value
• Own the development of complex products, making strategic build-vs-buy decisions under tight deadlines

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic and AI engineering, particularly with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Familiarity with GTM engineering and automation tools, such as n8n or Zapier, for complex builds
• Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, JSON, and at least one coding language (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript)
• Experience in the info-product, agency, or DTC/GTM sectors, with an understanding of funnels and revenue generation
• Demonstrated ability to build and drive significant projects or tools independently
