Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time AI Systems Engineering Expert will host live sessions, review student projects, and provide architectural feedback to experienced engineers transitioning into system architecture roles, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Host weekly live sessions focused on system design and decision-making
• Run group office hours and 1:1 sessions for project guidance and capstone support
• Review student projects and provide detailed architectural feedback against established rubrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior software/systems architect or senior backend/infrastructure engineer
• Proven experience designing and shipping systems at scale in a professional environment
• Depth of knowledge in system design, API architecture, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
• Ability to critique and explain architectural decisions in real-time
• Strong technical communication skills and proficiency in English (C1+ level)
