Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering teams focused on AI infrastructure, tooling, and integrations
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define and execute the AI engineering roadmap
- Establish engineering standards for AI system development, ensuring reliability and responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Experience in building AI/ML infrastructure or developer tooling
- Familiarity with large language model APIs and AI agent frameworks
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
