AI Systems Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Systems Lead to drive responsible, scalable AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across departments in partnership with business leaders
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms and tools based on business needs, scalability, and governance requirements
• Build and maintain custom AI solutions and establish an AI enablement framework

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
• Experience building and configuring custom GPTs or AI agents
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system-to-system workflows
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled knowledge bases
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and responsible AI usage principles
